Chestnut 401(k) Administrators, LLC is a third party administration firm serving American businesses around all around our nation. We partner with investment brokers, accountants and investment providers to provide seamless administration of your Plan.
The investment broker assists you in choosing the best investment platform and investments for the Plan, the accountant reports tax deductions for the Employer contributions allocated to the Plan, and the third party administrator is responsible for creating and maintaining the plan documents necessary to establish the Plan, the day-to-day operations (such as loans, distributions, and contribution processing), and annual administration of the Plan (including required notices, calculations of Employer contributions, non-discrimination testing, and required government form filings).

Gregory Chestnut
Prior to founding Chestnut 401(k) Administrators, LLC, Greg has been working with retirement benefit plans for over 25 years. Client service and integrity are his number one priority. He has worked as a benefits consultant and third-party administrator with large benefits firms in New York and has been managing and training employees for many years. Greg has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Mathematics.
His expertise includes plan design and implementation, plan document restatements, plan amendments, plan audits, plan conversions from one investment platform to another investment platform, plan mergers and terminations, and Qualified Domestic Relations Orders.
Greg is very experienced in annual plan administration for small to large size employers including calculation of Employer contributions, non-discrimination testing, and preparation of government form filings.
